HISTORY:
The Quincy Christian Reformed Church had its beginning when a small number of families moved into the Columbia Basin in the town of Quincy in the 1960’s. Many of them had come from a Christian Reformed or a Reformed Church of America background. These families came to farm in this fertile area but also to live out their faith. They began meeting in June of 1962 and became an organized congregation in 1964. We recently celebrated fifty years of worship and ministry in our community. There have been a large number of families that have been part of the congregation over the years.
We still desire to be a congregation of people God gathers and brings together. At present we have people from Quincy, George, Ephrata, and surrounding areas. We gather to worship our God and to enjoy fellowship with one another. This allows us to go out into the world to serve others and our God.
